The service here was great. My car was very well taken care of by the team. The manager, Mo, is a very friendly and helpful guy. I will certainly bring my cars back here for any collision works.

Manager Mo asked me to lie on his behalf several times, after his shop failed to complete my repairs on time or even complete them at all. I left them my car for repairs and hear nothing for 2 weeks. Finally they call me and the first thing they do is ask if I can bring them another key, they had lost the first. I tell them they need to replace the lost key and I cannot bring them another. Time goes on and I'm eventually told the repairs are done on a Thursday afternoon. So early the next morning I return my rental car, and go to pick up my own. Turns out, the repairs ARE NOT done, and now I don't have a rental. I'm told that they are normally closed on weekends, but that the manager 'Mo' will be working Saturday to finish paperwork and I should come back the next day to pick up my car. An employee ends up having to take me to my work and drop me off because it's a Friday, but I later have to uber to my home from my work (not cheap). During my ride to work with the front desk employee (who was fantastic and deserves praise, despite the rest of this review being negative) I learn that the shop has a monthly quota for repairs and they are trying to play catch up in order to hit the

I recently dropped my car off at Caliber Collision and had the pleasure of working with Chelsea. From the moment I arrived, she provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Chelsea took the initiative to transfer my rental reservation and even called the rental company to arrange for them to pick me up. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Chelsea is exactly the type of person customers should be greeted by when they walk into the shop. I had a fantastic experience working with the general manager at this location. From the moment I brought my car in, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me get back on the road quickly and safely. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, walked me through the repair options, and made sure I felt confident in the process. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. There was no pressure—just straightforward guidance and a clear focus on doing what was best for me as the customer. The repair was completed efficiently, and my car is running better than ever. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong leadership with such a customer-first mindset. November 2024 - I was involved in another crash and went back to see my friends at Caliber Collision. This time around, they surpassed the previous level of customer service/vehicle repairs! Edgar was very informative and courteous throughout the entire process. From the initial vehicle inspection to vehicle pick up, he provided the utmost customer service experience anyone could expect from such a stressful situation. I received several invoice updates on the work being completed through my vehicle insurance phone app and follow up phone calls to discuss the work along with the anticipated completion date of repairs. Initially, the estimated timeline from being dropped off Oct 25th and the repairs were completed Nov 12th, they were two weeks ahead of the original estimated schedule which was closer to Thanksgiving. One thing occurred on pick up where I had to come back at a later date to have my car deep cleaned because I had a work trip and did not have any time to wait. Edgar graciously offered to schedule a full detail for my vehicle and he did not disappoint. He called his reliable contact with Grand Champion Detail & Autoworks.
